Article summary

Description

The Application Response Time screen shows detailed information about your WebART and email application checks.

Touching a WebART or email application check in the Web & Email ART Screen or the Web & Email ART widget on the Overview Screen will open that application in the Application Response Time screen.

At the top of the screen is a multiple line graph showing the performance of the application and any synthetic checks it contains. By default, all application checks measure the performance of:

  • DNS Time
  • TCP Time

To hide/show a statistic in the graph touch its name in the graph legend.

Beneath the graph, is a table displaying average response times for the past 15 minutes, 1 hour and 24 hours. The table lists the DNS and TCP times, the times for any synthetic checks in the application check, and the total response time.

Application Status

The Application Status panel shows the applications current availability status, along with any details available.

Average Response Time

The Average Response Time panel shows the total application response time for the previous 15 minute interval.

Touching the three horizontal bars to the left of the screen title opens the navigation menu, allowing you to jump straight to the primary screens of the application:

  • Home (Overview)
  • Incidents
  • Tactical Overview
  • Web & Email ART
  • Settings

This menu is available from any of those screens.
