Description: This check is used to alert if the status for a module in an Arista device returns a status of nonoperational. It uses the Entity MIB (1.3.6.1.2.1.47.1.1.1.1.2) to get a list of the module names and the Entity-sensor MIB (.1.3.6.1.2.1.99.1.1.1.5) to get the status of those modules. Returned codes of 1 (ok) and 2 (unknown) are considers an "OK" status and a returned code of 3 (nonoperational) is considered a "Critical" status.
