Business Workflows Histogram (Dashboard Widget)

Description

The Business Workflows Histogram widget displays a graph of business workflow performance over the previous hour. The widget can either show all business workflows or a single selected business workflow.

Display Mode

This widget has only a single display mode that will stretch horizontally to fill the space provided by the chosen dashboard layout.

Components

When configured to display a single business workflow, the widget consists of a single graph that charts business workflow performance over a 1-hour period. The performance value represents the percentage of active service and threshold checks assigned to monitored devices in the selected workflow that were in the OK state at each timestamp (5-minute intervals).

The value range of the graph scales dynamically to fit the graphed line.

Configuration

The Email widget is added to a dashboard on the Customize Dashboards page (Administration > Users > Custom Dashboards).

Multiple widgets of this type may be added to a dashboard.

When adding a Business Workflow Histogram widget to a dashboard, there is one option that need to be configured before the widget can be used. After adding the widget to a dashboard, save the dashboard and then select the gear icon on the widget to open the options pop-up dialog.

The fields and their descriptions are outlined below.

• BUSINESS WORKFLOWS
  Use this field to select the business workflow that is shown in the graph. Selecting All will display a graph for each business workflow configured in Netreo.

After adding the widget and saving your options, remember to save the dashboard for its display to be updated.
