  1. Log in to Netreo as a user with the SuperAdmin access level.
  2. Go to the main menu and select Administration > Alerts > Alert Formatting to open the Alert Template Administration page.
  3. In the Custom Alert Templates panel select Add Template.
    • Several commonly used incident macros are listed at the bottom of the page for your convenience.

    • Plain text can be combined with incident macros to achieve a variety of results.
  8. Optional: In the CUSTOM EXTRA HEADERS field enter any additional information that you wish to appear in the message subject header. This field is pre-populated to display the incident ID.
    • Plain text can be combined with incident macros to achieve a variety of results.
    • The information from this field appears after the information entered in the Subject field above.
  9. In the CUSTOM ALERT TEMPLATE MESSAGE field enter the text that will comprise the body of the alert notification.
    • Plain text can be combined with incident macros to achieve a variety of results.
  10. Select Save.
