Delete an Alert Notification Template

To delete an alert notification template follow the steps below.

Remember to update any incident management rules that were using the deleted template to prevent problems with alerting.

1. Log in to Netreo as a user with the SuperAdmin access level.
2. Go to the main menu and select Administration > Alerts > Alert Formatting to open the Alert Template Administration page.
3. Locate the alert template that you wish to delete in either the Default Alert Templates or Custom Alert Templates panel.
4. Select the delete template icon for that alert template.

Your custom alert notification template is removed from the Custom Alert Templates panel.
