Users with the SuperAdmin access level can now upload SNMP trap MIB files to Netreo, which will then automatically use them files to provide human-readable text in alert notifications generated from traps sent by the device types associated with the uploaded MIB.
To upload an SNMP trap MIB to Netreo:
- From the main menu select Administration > Tools > Upload SNMP Trap MIB to navigate to the MIB Upload page.
- Select Browse to locate the MIB you want to upload.
- Select Upload MIB.
Once uploaded, selecting a MIB in the UPLOADED MIBS table opens it in a pop-up window. Use the search box to apply a realtime filter to the table to find a MIB quickly.
Once a MIB is uploaded, it cannot be deleted.
