Description
The Uptime dashboard widget displays a table of all categories in Netreo along with the percentage of managed devices within each group that have maintained a 100% uptime for the timeframe selected in the widget configuration.
Display Mode
This widget has only one display mode, and adjusts itself to fit the layout selected for the dashboard it's placed in.
Components
The only component of this widget is the table of all category device groups in Netreo. The percentage number for each group indicates how many devices in that group maintained a 100% uptime for the timeframe selected in the widget configuration (since the dashboard last refreshed). The thermometer display provides a visual representation of the percentage value.
Groups with percentages lower than 100%, but greater than 20% are highlighted in yellow (WARNING). Groups with percentages lower than 20% are highlighted in red (CRITICAL).
Select the name of a category in the table to open a Host Availability Report for that category.
Configuration
The Uptime widget is added to a dashboard on the Customize Dashboards page (Administration > Users > Custom Dashboards). It may be added to a generic or business workflow dashboard.
Only one widget of this type may be added to a dashboard.
When adding the Traffic Summary widget to a dashboard, there are several options that need to be configured before the widget can be used. After adding the widget to a dashboard, save the dashboard and then select the gear icon on the widget to open the options pop-up dialog.
The fields and their descriptions are outlined below. Note: These configuration fields are only available when an Uptime widget is added to a business workflow dashboard. An Uptime widget added to a generic dashboard is not configurable, and will only display uptime for the previous 24-hour period.
- TIMEFRAME- Select the timeframe over which to evaluate uptime. The available options are:
- Last 24 Hours
- Today
- Yesterday
- This Month
- This Year
After adding the widget and saving your options, remember to save the dashboard for its display to be updated.
