Netreo SaaS URL Information by Geographic Region

General

BMC Helix operates many data centers globally to provide highly responsive environments for Netreo SaaS instances. This document provides customers with appropriate URL information for accessing and configuring their Netreo SaaS instance within their particular geographic region.

The following data center regions are covered herein:

• United Arab Emirates (UAE)
• United States of America (U.S.A.)
• European Union (EU)

United Arab Emirates

Login Portals

Use the following URLs to log in to your Netreo SaaS instances.

• https://portal-netreo-dub-pd1.onbmc.com for production environments
• https://portal-netreo-dub-np1.onbmc.com for non-production environments

Firewall Requirements

Outbound connectivity to the cloud management portal is required. This connectivity is used to sync on-premise device telemetry and status with Netreo SaaS.

Allow TCP/443 outbound communication to the following endpoints (this connection must be direct, without the use of a proxy):

• cloud-connector-netreo-dub-pd1.onbmc.com (for service engines)
• agent-connector-netreo-dub-pd1.onbmc.com (for remote agents)
