This page is only available in a Netreo virtual appliance. It is not available for SaaS deployments.

The System Diagnostics page shows a variety of internal system values indicating if Netreo is operating as intended.

It is only available to users with the SuperAdmin access level.

To navigate to the System Diagnostics page, go to the main menu and select Administrator > System > Diagnostics.

Uptime

Shows current uptime.

Current Server Time

Shows the current date and time of the server on which Netreo is deployed.

License Information

Shows the number of device licenses (full and lite) currently being used by this deployment (in green), the total number of device licenses available (in gray), and the date that the license contract expires.

Software Version

Shows the current release version of the Netreo software. Selecting Check for updates checks for release updates and opens the Netreo Update page.

Hardware Information

Shows information about the server hardware on which Netreo is deployed.

Current Processes

Shows information on state of internal processes for checking respective item.

  • DNS - Checks for valid DNS server configuration in Netreo.
  • NTP - Netreo's internal service for managing system time.
  • Email - Netreo's internal mail services for sending alert notifications.
  • Availability - Netreo's internal service for checking host availability.
  • Internal Logging - Netreo's internal logging services.
  • SSH - Netreo's internal services for communicating via SSH.

Timezone

Shows the timezone used by the server on which Netreo is deployed.

Enable Remote Support VPN

Shows the current status of any enabled VPNs. The pull-down selector allows you to enable the secure VPN tunnel for Netreo remote support, Netreo Overview or both. Select the desired VPN enablement and then select Save VPN Change.

Remote VPN Connection

Shows host, protocol and port details for any enabled Netreo VPNs.

System Load

Shows information on historical maximum, average and current system load.

System Timers

Shows information on maximum, average and current latency and queue size.

Memory Statistics

Shows information on maximum, average and current memory use.

Total Disk IO

Shows information on maximum, average and current disk reads and writes.

CPU x Statistics

Shows information on maximum, average and current CPU utilization.

Device Count

Shows information on the number of devices discovered and number of devices monitored.

Total Metrics Monitored

Shows information on the total number of metrics monitored.

Total Service Checks In Use

Shows information on the total number of active and passive service checks in use.

iostat Utilization

Shows information on disk utilization.

Disk Utilization %

Shows information on disk space usage, broken down by /db and /.
